Introduction

If you are just getting started with fantasy sports, you should at first gain an understanding of the basics of fantasy sports. So to begin with, a fantasy sports game requires you to select your own team by picking players from two real teams that are going to play a match in the real world. Your team scores points on the basis of your players’ performance in the real-world match.

To learn how to play fantasy sports well, you should understand the scoring system of the fantasy sports platform (different platforms have different scoring systems) as well as learn some tips and tricks to maximize your chances of winning.

Getting the hang of the scoring system is crucial, and it helps you select the right players in your team. Once you understand the scoring system, half the battle is won! So here’s your chance to win big in fantasy sports. Check out the detailed boundary11 scoring system for fantasy cricket.

Some Important Points to Remember

  • The Captain will earn 2 times and the Vice-Captain 1.5 times the points as other players for the same performance.
  • Strike rate scoring is applicable only to strike rates below 70 runs per 100 balls.
  • Substitutes on the field will not be awarded any points for any contribution they make. However, Concussion Substitutes will be awarded points for the contributions they make in a match governed for Domestic Matches.
  • In case of any transfer of a real-life player in the intervening period between scheduled updates, such transfer shall not be shown on the roster of players until the next scheduled update. Please note that while the transferred player will be available for selection on the roster of the other team (the team to which the player has been transferred) for a Contest during the intervening period, no points will be awarded for such transferred player's performance in the course of such a contest.
  • We will also do a settlement for the matches for which the results are announced in the DLS (Duckworth–Lewis–Stern) method.
  • None of the events occurring during a Super Over, if any, will be considered for Points to be assigned/applied to a player.
